With Unique or #5 I'd probably start mid-range from the data you're using.Īctually, Poly-Coated bullets are the best way to eliminate the Fouling/Leading as well as lead exposure issues of swaged and cast lead bullets, even when the bullet isn't. Like DC said, Unique is probably used more than any other and AA #5 will burn just a bit slower but Western gives specific data for plated bullets. TiteGroup in this case and it's only one of a few calibers where I'd recommend it, but I believe low pressure loads are its best application. From the 3 remaining, as far as light loads, a faster burning powder is more likely to be in an optimum pressure range. Taylor, you can use any of the powders you listed except that I would only use Silhouette for +P loads.
